REFUND POLICY

• BIG TCG will not refund custom trading cards. Replacement cards may be requested if BIG TCG makes an error while copying the requested information from your order to the trading card.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If your card is damaged during shipping, BIG TCG will exchange the unopened collegiate trading cards that are shipped back to us, within 3 days of product delivery.
